2013 Media: Writer's events in Second Life, calendars

Writer's events in Second Life, calendars
-
***
Poetry events:  The Apple Poetry Magazine
-
This calendar combines the extensive Book Island calendar with a two additional events I have put into a separate calendar.  These events are:
I would like to add other calendars to provide more complete coverage of the writer's community in Second Life.
-
If you have regular events such as
  • open mic for writers reading their work,
  • discussions of written works,
  • writing clinics
  • story brainstorming
  • or other events of interest to writers of prose.
AND
If you have a public Google calendar about writing events,
-
I would like to combine your calendar with the one here.  If you will put  a link to your calendar in the comment section of this blog, I will do that.
-
Note that if the calendar is to help people find your events, you need to include the SLurl in the description.   Don't put a SLurl  in the location field.  Google will treat that a "real" world location and confuse people.  A SLurl in the description will be treated as a web link: people can click on it a get to the right location in Second Life.  Or they can copy-paste the SLurl  into the address bar in Viewer 3 and others like it.
-
You can include other web links in the description if you want.

  1. You actually make it seem really easy along with your presentation but I in finding this topic to be actually something that I believe I'd never understand. It kind of feels too complex and very huge for me. I am looking ahead in your next post, I will attempt to get the grasp of it!
